Sarah Fairbrother - President
Sarah is the President for the 2023-2024 year and is hoping to reinvigorate the society to its former glory following a few years of inactivity during COVID.
Sarah is a Director and Head of the Family Department at Ward Gethin Archer Solicitors. Sarah also has previously held the roles of Social Secretary and Junior Lawyer representative in the Society. Sarah has been a committee member for 12 years.

Nicola Pluck - Social Secretary
Before qualifying as a Solicitor, Nicola serviced in the British Army in both operational and peace time roles in the UK and abroad.
Nicola went on to read law in Cambridge gaining a first-class degree with honors. She then completed her training and gained her legal experiences in Norfolk.
Outside of her legal career, Nicola is Honorary Secretary for Pelicans Hockey Club, Social Secretary for the King's Lynn & West Norfolk Law Society and involved in the set up and running of the Adapted Sports Hub Trust, which will be a purpose-built community hub with fully adapted facilities allowing people with severe learning difficulties or physical disability to access sport. Nicola also devotes her time with her friends and wider family.

David Richards - National Council Officer
David is the representative for Norfolk on the national Law Society Council. David is head of litigation at Butcher Andrews in Fakenham and Holt.
Joshua Shuardson-Hipkin - Group Training Officer
Joshua is one of the Law Societies Training Officers. He holds the position with Sarah Johnson who is also a colleague of his at Fraser Dawbarns LLP. Joshua specialises in commercial disputes having specialised in the area since qualification in 2016.
Joshua is a strong advocate of the importance of a local Law Society and the benefits it can bring to the legal community as a whole. He is married with two children and resides locally in the village of Grimston. In his free time Joshua is a member of Hunstanton Golf Club and enjoys the beautiful countryside that Norfolk has to offer.
The Law Society is always interested in hearing about new training opportunities and as such please do not hesitate to contact Joshua to put forward any ideas or suggestions.
Sarah Johnson - Group Training Officer
Ella has been the Junior Lawyers Liaison Officer since 2020. Ella is hoping to encourage more Junior Lawyers to engage with the Society and what it has to offer.
Ella's main role is to organise events for the Junior Lawyers in order that they can network in an enjoyable environment.
Ella has been a Paralegal in the Family Department at Ward Gethin Archer since 2019, hoping to qualify as a Solicitor within the next 12 months.
Claire Williamson-Massey is a General Committee Member offering support to the team where needed.
Claire is a Solicitor with Ward Gethin Archer specialising in residential conveyancing for the last 10 years. Claire is married with a young daughter and during her free time can be found enjoying the great outdoors horse riding.
The King's Lynn and West Norfolk Law Society has always played a fundamental part in the local area and since being encouraged to attend, it is clear that the society want to revamp its status and get everyone back on their feet and enjoying the benefits the Society can bring and it is a pleasure to be involved.
